Our industrial strength lockout station includes a lockable, all metal, yellow powder-coated cabinet with one adjustable shelf. Lockout safety tips are conveniently located inside of door for frequent reminders of proper lockout procedures. Lockout station can be wall mounted or easily transported. Station size is 16"H x 14"W x 6"D. Kit components include: 3-Red padlocks (LC041-RD), 3 Yellow padlocks (LC041-YW), 1-Safetee® Donut 1"-2 1/2" (SD02), 1-Safetee® Donut 2 1/2" - 5" (SD04), 1-Single pole breaker lockout (BL01), 1-Package of 10 Lockout tags with ties (LT10), 2-Multi-pole breaker lockouts (BL03), 1- 1" Multiple lockout device (T218), 1-Single pole breaker lockout (BL04), 1- 1 1/2" Multiple lockout device (T220), 1-Large plug lockout (PLO23) and 1-Small plug lockout (PLO21).
